NAPOLEON NAILS RYE

Would give 0 stars if I could.I got my nails done today. My nails look very average and they have already chipped.

Tips were not put on straight. Had to buy a nail file straight after to fix my nails. It was rushed, and my cuticles were cut. When using the drill on my real nail he had it going so fast the heat was burning my nail. For someone who gets long nails all the time this was not the experience I ever want to have again.

It was my first time. I took an appointment and i was there on time. I had to wait 30 minutes.- i told them i needed shellac and showed the colour i wanted.- 3 different girls worked on my nails- they filed my nail without asking me about my nails shape. My nails r long and they ruined my nails almond shape and made it oval.- then the girl did some other colour on my nails that i had NOT picked- when i told her that i do not like it she very loudly said ‘stick to it ‘ she was so rude and loud everyone there started looking- i paid $40 for horrible service and extremelt rude staff with their choice of nail colour.THE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN AND WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE.

Bad Service, I went to get a manicure and shellac, the man who works there did me the service and it doesn't do a good job with luck he filed my nails and I had to tell him to remove my cuticles, I did shellac and manicure French and I Paid 40 AUD and the time it was 30 minutes!!!. The next day it removed enamel one of my nails,So I had to go again for fixed them.

Totally recommend this place by the bay. Took my sexy lady friend down to do her nails after a beautiful day at the beach and she hasn't stopped raving about the service and loved the owner Johnny

Usually pretty good but have gone downhill lately people were walking in and instead of looking after the people already seated they kept taking more customers. It's as though they didn't want to miss out on any $$$ I had 3 different girls doing my nails. Very rushed job and my nails look like I did them even though I paid $100. Never again!+

I got French sns 2 days ago, mine always last 4 week. The man did them the buffing was so rushed the tips were made so thin they have chipped today. My are all wonky and now I need them redone.

Very disappointing! All I had done was nail polish removal and they charged $20! Ridiculous!!! When I questioned the price they said 'thats the price its always been'. They were so rude - ZERO customer service skills!At R'bud Plaza nails they only charge $5 so I'll definitely be going there from now on. You've lost a regular Rye Customer.Do NOT recommend Napoleon Nails Rye!!

Pretty ordinary shellac pedi.. rushed, cut cuticle too much so it hurt, stuck the dryer on feet without checking if it touched nails which it did each time, so tech" had to patch.I don't expect shellac to last as long.$50 cash only.Won't be back.TH round the corner is much better."

Just a really really bad job...$100 bucks Mani Pedi shellac. Quite dirty. Standard rude service. It's better to paint your nails at home. I had to pay again to get it removed and re-done at another shop.
