It is tragic sign of the times that people can come online and vilify hard working professionals who often work around the clock to serve the public.The number of ways the staff have helped me during my illness over the past few years has been without parallel e.g.reassuring phone calls, medication delivery, late afternoon script refills, in-depth explanations, compassion and much more.When i read a couple of these comments, I was really shocked - this is a professional service, how about we treat the staff with the professional courtesy they deserve.

Staff are helpful and friendly. I have noticed that there's now new people working in this Pharmacy. The reason for this I personally don't know. It gave me a surprise and a shock. However, in saying this, these new people were helpful and friendly too.You can buy what you're wanting and needing here.

I was very surprised to visit this pharmacy after a few months to find that the once pleasant, helpful and lovely staff are no more and they appear to have been replaced with incredibly rude & judgemental “teenage” staff… very disappointing - staff are much more friendly and helpful at the pharmacy in the plaza - I’ll go there in future.It’s a shame - this used to be a really good pharmacy.

I went down there today to get my daughter some relief and instead of helping me, the old ‘set in his ways’ horrible pharmacist who didn’t even look at me, gave me advice through his runner girl who then told me to take her to the doctors, (which I know she does not need). I went to Wilson’s chemist a few doors down, and not only did the pharmacist there talk to me face to face he got me what I needed for my daughter. Never again returning to your horrible incompetent chemist.

Staff members/ floor workers are so lovely & helpful however, the pharmacist and dispense people are absolutely useless.Take to long on scripts, are rude and don’t listen on phone calls, can’t understand simple questions and tend to ignore people who need help.Was told that it would be a 10- 15 minute wait (fair) however I waited for an hour.As a pharmacy you should do better. Such a joke.Wouldn’t recommend.
