I have been here many times now and ordered meatball subs and each time I am unable to eat the meatballs as they are severely overcooked and hard as a rock. I hope to see improvement otherwise they will lose a loyal customer.

Have place an online order 3 times and every time the order is missing items or the wrong salad on the sandwich. Have place a complaint with the company regarding the lack of attention to detail of orders, only to be told they are sorry. Would not recommend this place for on-line ordering.

WOW, never have I experienced such an unprepared place.Apologies to the staff for interrupting their work time with an order.Perhaps some good management would ensure staff are directed on correct service protocol as well as cross contamination of food as well as how to Listen and Hear answers to questions they ask.Thankfully the food wasn't too bad, but will never be returning to this particular store, will gladly drive the extra distance to Mount Hutton where fantastic service, cleanliness and helpful, friendly staff abound.

Ordered an with uber eats, said 'good amount of sauce' but when I got the sandwich it was saturated in sauce. Got a replacement. So I am happy for the redo but the person who I was talking to had a bit of an attitude towards me and wasn't very friendly at all. I'd say over all the subway is fine but I will definitely be going to the subway on the esplanade from now on only because the service over there is always great and has an over all friendlier vibe.

Right up there with the better stores in Newcastle/ Lake Macquarie. Toasted for just the right amount of time and weren't skimpy on the salads. Drinks are way over priced though so I skipped buying a drink as it was nearly half the price of a sub.

It's neat, good and usually tidy. Sometimes bits of ingredients end up in other baskets, but that happens at most subways, so that's okay. Service is usually quick and the staff are friendly.

decent food but customer service can often be bad at times. seen many people cut the line here and staff usually couldn't care. the staff are often teenagers who seem like they would rather be elsewhere, some are very nice and courteous though. i always have a better experience at the one down near the foreshore or the one on the main street at cardiff.

I love Subway. They have a good range of bread and an enourmous range of fillings to satisfy the fussiest eaters. They are fast and friendly. You can get coffee, salads all freshly made while you wait. Even at lunch time the wait is never very long and thw food is alwsys worth the wait
