Wanted to purchase 18 chairs for Christmas and after waiting to be served because is seemed like they were avoiding me in a store that didn't look too busy one lady finally made eye contact. She checked the stock of the chairs and said she had 22 on stock but possibly had more because more may have come and online it said I could get 18. Great! I'll take them! No we don't have stock. No apology, no help to see if they could get them in nothing.. too bad attitude. 45 minutes I wasted at this store.. never again. I bought 24 in the end at Bunnings.

Great service, I'm a visitor to town, and normally use bunnings at home (no choice) and also in Dubbo. The service difference is incredible, staff that actually care and speak to you. Well done!!! Won't be using bunnings again in Dubbo.

Tool section staff exceptionally helpful, friendly and had what I wanted at a reasonable price.. Check out the very healthy plant section... With a good selection as well..

Fair range but still expensive. Staff friendliness depends on the day You visit. Most staff are awesome. My biggest issue was I went in for a spark plug and old mate who helped me spoke like an absolute professional about what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. When I installed it or tried to I realised quickly that it was the wrong plug. I don't care that I had to go and get another one but I do care that I was told a load of malarkey from someone who had no idea. This is only a tiny issue and shouldn't encourage people to not shop there. The real issue is the prices. There's other options around town cheaper

Went there for the first time as they had the part I couldn't find at the local Bunnings. Pretty good experience.
