Bought a 2 spout shower. The mixer doesn’t work properly. On rainfall nothing comes out, on handheld it is very slow and inbetween it’s slow through both. Told to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer doesn’t respond. Very annoying having to chase up rather than the vendor sorting it out

These guys are absolutely top shelf. Amazing products for the price point but the customer service is where they bring it home.Ordered two mirrors, didn’t unpack them for about a month as bathroom reno wasn’t ready. When we did, one of the mirrors had the smallest of cracks in the bottom corner. Unsure how it happened, but it didn’t matter. The guys at Smeaton agreed to replace the mirror as soon as new stock arrived and let us keep the old one in good faith.Doesn’t get better than that as customer servicing..!

I was astounded at the show room of a bathroom company. Their public use toilet is disgusting. Dirty generally and the fixtures are cheap and nasty.We couldn't find the staff member on duty who was actually hiding behind her desk. When she did appear her lack of interest was the final straw. I've no idea how good they are at actually fitting a bathroom but on this evidence we wouldn't have them in our home.
