Coral Homes - North Harbour Display Burpengary East

We found Andrew, the sales guy from the North Harbour display village very friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of our build. He returns all calls and answers all emails in a timely manner.Our site supervisor Michael was friendly and sent us weekly updates on our build.Our new Coral home was completed bang on schedule and we are very happy with the quality of our new home.We had a couple little issues that we missed on our pre handover inspection and they were quick to come out and fix.Would recommend Coral Homes.

Do not trust these people

Beautiful houses, sales reps are very nice, however, the communication with our site manager is very painful. He’s ignoring our emails, pushing us to the things we are unable to manage at the moment. We kept asking him about the completion date and he never gave us any date, even if in the contract it’s stated he has to. We told him that we won’t be available for few weeks and he raised no concerns, as the house was not ready. Now when he knows we are not in QLD, he wrote us that the house is ready and pushing us to pay 3rd party to do the inspection ASAP, telling us if we don’t do this, we pay fees for delay. There’s no such a thing in our contract. How somebody can behave so arrogant and threat us with fees, I just don’t understand. This behaviour is absolutely unacceptable.

We just received the keys to our new home and we cannot be more happy with the outcome & quality of work. Special mention to our amazing site supervisor Luke Pringle he kept us informed throughout our journey and cannot praise him enough, everyone needs a Luke in their build :)
