Fantastic gym. Great cardio machines with built in fans to keep you cool, nice and clean and really friendly helpful staff. Also good location with good parking.

Andrew looked after me so well and provided me with excellent guidance for my aim to gradually improve my fitness after open heart surgery. I enjoy the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I feel comfortable going there and going about my recovery slowly and steadily.

Love this gym, has all the equipment you need to get in shape, and facilities are always sparkly clean. You feel welcome as soon as you step foot in the club, and staff are always happy to help where they can. It is obvious the trainers love what they do, as they always go above and beyond to help their members, with endless entertainment too. They have great competitions for members too! So lucky to have found this gym, they have helped me enjoy exercise again :)

The gym has a very nice atmosphere, friendly staff, clean facilities and plenty of equipment. It’s a small, more personal gym and a great place to work out.
