Great job bought my doona up really good and reasonably priced!!

This business does not even deserve one star. I went to pick up my very expensive Jadour dress today and it was damaged. Looks second hand. I dropped it off in perfect condition with only a small stain on the train. I wore it once last week at my daughters wedding. It had pulled threads over the laced bodice as well as the lace train with white ball threads hanging off the threads. It is unstitched on the waist and the material is now bally. John said he hand washed it for 3 hours. Absolutely not possible. I'm am gutted and so angry. I will fight to be compensated not only for the cost of the dress but also the cost of the alterations. What a waste of my time. I will never go back there again. When I went to pick it up it was not even in the shop and was told to go back in a couple of hours. I'm absolutely devastated so please stay away as it could happen to you. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Let the battle begin!!!!

Disappointed with the lack of care from these new owners, I have been a customer for more than 20 yearsAnd I will no longer use them. They lost the velvet buttons from my son in laws wedding suit and theysaid the suit was brought in without the buttons.No wonder they now have so many bad reviews. Bring back the old owners..

All fine, outfit was ready when promised. Lady serving was approachable and knowledgeable.

Extremely disappointed with the last drycleaning. Took my daughters formal dress to be cleaned. No stains on it, needed cleaning just because it had been worn. Went to pick up the dress, and noticed something stuck on the dress. It looked like a sequence had been melted into the fabric, the dress was plain, not even buttons. I pointed this out and their responce was, bad luck we didnt do this. They even agreed that it was sequence but couldn't care less. They ruined my daughters formal dress and couldnt care less. I will Never go there again.

Absolute worst place now that they changed ownership to this Indian woman. Took in two suit pants with minor coffee stain on one. Got it back with the same stain, pants had not even been cleaned. She just pressed them to make them look clean. The smell of dry cleaned clothes is normally a good thing, these still smelled the same as when I brought them in. Shocking owner. I didn't even want to give a star at all. But have to in order to post.

I will never go here again! 3 weeks my daughters baptism dress was there. I put it in on a saturday and said i will pick it up on the wednesday, when i go in they said it wont be ready until the following day. That afternoon i get a phone call saying it will be ready the following wednesday. When i go back to pick it up the dress that was 'cleaned' was still dirty so i said i wasnt happy and would like them to clean it again. Went back the following week to pick it up and the dress still had a stain. I wasnt impressed so the lady working there saod for me to call the owner Frank about it. Im the customer so Frank should be calling me! Went back again today and surprise dress still had stain and no phone call from Frank. I asked the lady to call him as i wasnt happy and dont want to pay for something that isn't cleaned. Well Frank is the worst business owner i have ever dealt with. He said that he couldnt get the stain out and when i asked him why i wasnt communicated about it he said dont worry about communication. He said that i still needed to pay for it and that if he had to charge me for the time and chemicals it took to clean the dress (keeping in mind that he didnt get the make up stain out) it would of been $200. So you know what i will no longer be going to my local dry cleaners already told my husband who also goes there and now he wont nor will my friends in the area. I would rather drive to plenty valley and go there. Horrible business horrible business owner and horrible experience ever!

Thought this school jacket (along with 3 suits) were totally destroyed by mould from a burst pipe. Mill Park Dry Cleaners worked miracles on these clothes!! Can't thank them enough as these items bring back memories that can't be replaced. Would give more stars if I could as the lady who served me was honest about what they might/might not be able to do & they exceeded expectations. Thankyou!!
