I got my eye lashes done yesterday and today they have all fallen off. When will I get the refund as it’s still not in my bank

I’ve been to see angel a couple of time, and she’s the sweetest person. She makes you feel very welcomed for your first time. She’s really good at what she does. I got my eyelash extensions back in September and it stayed on since I last got them which was November. Highly recommend angel. And will be coming back

Can not speak highly enough! I have had eyelash extensions several times over the years by different providers and have never been 100% happy. Until now. Was made to feel so welcome. Angel is amazingly gentle to the point where I fell asleep TWICE and the poor thing had to keep putting my head straight! Love that you’re in a comfy recliner. Much bette than a bed/table. She took the time to ascertain exactly what I wanted and it’s great because it’s not a “one lash, fits all” application. I told her I didn’t want to walk out with a set of caterpillar lashes that I see everywhere. Walked out of there feeling amazing with a beautiful, full, wispy set.I literally just messaged her explaining how it’s been almost a week and I don’t think I’ve lost a single lash! And I’m cleansing twice a day and constantly brushing them. I’m a bit obsessed.

I regularly get my eye lashes and eye brows done! They are always long last and beautifully done! The whole experience from the moment you walk in and until you leave is amazing and super comfortable. Angel is always going above and beyond!

Angel is the best eyelash technician I've ever had (and I've had many!) she is skilled and professional whilst at the same time extremely warm and friendly, instantly putting you at ease. Very glad I discovered Haelo beauty as now I wouldn't go anywhere else - highly recommend!!
