Mercure Hotel Mildura
Stayed at the hotel as it has Tesla charging stations. Disappointed as a ute was parked in one the whole time and management did nothing about it when reported to them.The location is the only thing going for it. It’s a very tired hotel with very old rooms. Lots of noise from the street and other guests in the hallway.No breakfast available Sunday morning as the restaurant is closed???Booked a room with a spa bath….. which was in the living area next to the lounge and TV???Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Good location but rooms are a bit dated and our room on ground floor had very little daylight. Great that they had Tesla chargers though.

Nice place and location. Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment that was comfortable and clean, although wear and tear starting to show they're probably due for a bit of a refurbish.Staff were great, facilities good and price reasonable.

Mercure Hotel Mildura
Located in historic building, Mercure has done an excellent job refurbishing the rooms. Our room (206) was comfortable and well presented, excellent bathroom with good hot water supply. We ate dinner at the restaurant within the building, good food, good service at a reasonable price. There is a old elevator between floors (circa 1950) and it works! Very interesting. Parking is available on the property which is in the CBD. We would stay here again.

We had a great family holiday at Mercure. Customer service was great and rooms were fabulous. Located quite strategically and within walking distance to numerous attractions. We will be back again.

Was excited to stay at this place because Mercure is generally a good brand and the place seemed like it might have a bit of character being an old pub. Sorely disappointed - rooms are stuck in the early 90s and the only character in the place is a slightly interesting old staircase. Other than that, bland and dated and needs some serious refreshing - furniture in the room was broken,On the positive side, accommodation is clean, service is good as is the location and the place seems appropriately priced - fine for an overnighter if passing through town but don’t expect much more.

I stay at this hotel regularly. The service is ok. This morning upon checking out, I was asked to pay. I mentioned that I had paid In full before as this was a non flexible booking. I was urged to pay and I did. After that I checked my bank account and realised that I had paid in full. I contacted Josh who subsequently admitted he was wrong. He wasn't apologetic and raised his already unfriendly voice when I asked him to explain why my concern was not taken unto account this morning. He claimed he was the manager and said do you not want your money? And hung up the phone

Nice Hotel. Not all rooms have windows that you can look out of, so if you want a room with a bit of a view, you will need to ask for one. It was clean, staff were friendly and pool was tempting.

It's a great location and it's clean.A fresh coat of paint and some new carpet wouldn't hurt though.
