It’s unfortunate that the staff member on duty couldn’t be bothered taking out a beautiful $8000 garnet ring from the cabinet for me to try on. $8000 was not what I was considering to spend but I have walked into jewellery stores and purchased pieces of that and of greater value because the sales assistant has taken the time to let me try on the pieces.I was so excited about shopping at your store today as it has been over 15 years since my last visit and I still treasure and wear the pieces I have bought from the store in the past.So disappointing.

Went in today to purchase a Ring for my daughter and had the most wonderful experience! Lady in the shop was extremely bright and helpful! Was great in assisting me in finding a perfect ring for my daughter. Highly recommend, great prices and beautiful pieces!

I would like to say that Ixtlan is a glorious store with beautiful selection of jewellery. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, with excellent service.Was rather miffed after seeing Coco's words below; I feel certain she was in the store the same time as I on Friday.I was finalising my wedding ring purchase when C asked to help herself to look at an item in a display cabinet, and after the store owner advised her to wait for service, she walked out. Her 'review' is what is rude here, not the service.

Walked in today to buy a new ring for myself, never ever will I ever walk into this store again! Rudest owner with her uncalled for comments & attitude towards me. I was nothing but lovely to the owner and she was plain rude.No casual served me, it was the owner as seen on their Facebook page. Don’t lie!

Have purchased many beautiful pieces of jewellery here over the years and I understand it's been hard following Covid but the narky, patronising comments made by the lady owner who clearly disagreed with my thoughts on what I tried on were un-appreciated and will be the sole reason I never walk in there again. Keep the attitude in check lady, perhaps that's why no-one was in your shop!

The stunningly beautiful jewellery at ixtlan is unlike anything else I've come across before, not only are the creative masterpieces glamorous & dazzling but they are reasonably priced for anyone's budget , yeah, yeah! And the friendly and knowledgeable staff who design the wearable art are incredibly passionate about what they are doing and take a constructive approach in helping to make you look as smart and sassy as you'd dare to be .
