Overall we had a great time. Our van was upgraded to the deluxe after misleadingly booked and told the rates won't change even for the same dates (they certainly do). Upon pick-up more time needs to be spent with the customers showing them how the van works and not just being directed to the video which goes for 25 minutes. We don't have small children but this would be an issue if you do as we had minimal TV reception even in no rural and built up areas although my husband tuned every single site stop. Overall clean and comfy and had everything we needed.

Great experience hiring a small motor home for a week around Tassie. Pickup was easy, the vehicle was in great condition and drop off was quick as well, even though there was a minor damage caused by an incident. Max cover is a great option and really helped make this a hassle free package.

My first van offered was not as pristine as I would have liked. Cushion covers all frayed and when I open the fridge, the smell was putrid almost to the point of dry reaching. They took the van away to try to rectify the problem. It was returned and did smell better but that didn't last! On driving the van around the next day {luckily I was staying in Hobart for a few days} the engine light came on, it was quite slow in acceleration and very rough driving. I phoned and took the van back. After much discussion they replaced the van which was much better and the fridge didn't smell!I have since returned home after a 4 week hire. I had a minor accident which they charged me an admin fee to make sure there was no damage and said it might take a little longer than 2 weeks for the return of my $5000 bond.It has now been 4 weeks since I returned the van and after 2 emails, with no response and then a phone call , was told my bond will be deposited within 24hrs. There was no explanation for the delay or the lack of response to my emails and why it was a phone call that got things moving.Having said all of this the 24hrs has passed and still no return of bond money which they have had for 8 weeks earning them interest and me losing interest on the withdrawn money.I would never use them again.

Brilliant way to see Tassie. Cruising were really good to deal with. Quick and efficient. They waited after hours on a Sunday for us as our plane was delayed. Recommend Cruisin .. would come here first next time.

Crusin Motorhomes were great to deal with from start to finish. Pick up and drop off effortless and quit and staff friendly and helpful. Motorhome was great and never missed a beat. You won’t be disappointed with the experience.

Very convenient Hobart location so close to the airport. The Fiat Sandpiper was clean, complete, well fitted out, easy to drive and everything well explained online and by the team, they were charming, gave us a couple extra bits and easy and quick on the drop off.
