Purchased a home Gym equipment on 2-Feb-2023 and requested for delivery to Canberra on 4-Feb-2023. After the initial scan on 06-Feb-2023 the courier site do not have any further updates. After a week and numerous inquires with Sweat Central, the only answer I got was please allow an additional 3 - 5 business days for delivery" .The courier service they hired seem to be unaccountable. Responses I got either from courier or Sweat Central are not feasible enough in believing the delivery of the product.Finally it arrived today. I would recommend Sweat Central to hire the best courier service."

I have been a customer of Sweat Central products for years since inception. They offer amazing quality products at a great value. The team always look after me with any queries and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.Recently we have made more purchases from Sweat Central. We bought set of kettle bells, set of free weights and a rack, elastic exercise band, and a gym ball. We are blown away by the excellent customer service, efficient service, and most importantly great quality product. They are now sitting neatly in our corner ‘gym’ in our bedroom and are highly utilised.Thanks Sweat Central!
