The young lady delivering my treatment was obviously a trainee. She did exceptionally well, although was understandably nervous. She remained very professional whilst being very friendly at the same time. Well done to her!! An amazing addition to the already fantastic team at Victoria's.

Staff are very friendly and kind. I’ve got normalizing skin treatment but unfortunately it didn’t work at all. Even made it worse and some dark spots appeared on my skin. When I asked them what to do, they just said it’s a common side effect and you gotta do micro pigmentation to eradicate them. They had to explain all the possible side effects beforehand. I assume they just want to do more procedures to charge you more. This one star is just for friendly staff.

I always love going to Victoria’s. It’s a place for a little cosmetic indulgence. Their new location is great and they have their own car park now which is discreet and very convenient.

I write to commend the high standard of care, professionalism & respect demonstrated by all the staff. Covid protocols are rigorous. A prolonged arm injury lead me to try the Zen Red Light treatment with additional laser treatment recommended by Anne. My sense of overall well being has been significantly enhanced & the arm pain has thankfully diminished.
