Beware, this jewler refuses to replace or refund faulty items. I requested a simple watch band repair while I attended an appointment next door.When I returned I was told the band was un-able to be repaired so the jewler had selected and installed (without my consent) a new band at a cost of $52. Two weeks later the new watch band failed. When I returned to the store I dealt with a different jewler who refused to replace the band or provide a refund. After debating with the man he finally agreed to try and repair the new watch band. The temporary repair lasted for a month.Will never use this jewler again

I ordered some gorgeous Mariana Jewellery on Friday and it was delivered to my door on the Far Sourh Coast of New South Wales on Monday...just amazing service and the jewellery pieces I ordered more than lived up to expectations.Living in a remote rural area, I have to rely on on-line shopping a fair bit and Master's Jewellers website was easy to use and the photos of the pieces very accurate. I would highly recommend the site to anyone who appreciates fast, friendly and reliable service...thank you.

Wonderful service from friendly and helpful staff. I needed my engagement ring repaired and essentially remade due to 30 years of wear and tear. Could not be happier with the end result - my ring looks better than it ever did and the work was done unless time than estimated. Highly recommend

Massive thank you to Frank and Vicki for providing such a wonderful shopping experience! I went to Master Jewellers wanting a ring designed using some inherited gemstones and Frank helped me design the ring of my dreams! The whole process from the initial consultation, drawings and then computer generated images was great- Frank took on board my ideas and also contributed his professional opinions resulting in a ring that may actually have surpassed my expectations! 10/10 highly recommended!

I recently got my engagement ring remade with diamonds from my grandmother. I am so, so happy with my remake. Frank was lovely and professional, even sent me a mock up before he made it. I love it so much! Very prompt, great piece and didn't break the bank. Can't wait to show it off!!!

Not to sure on this store. I went in and had an inquiry on having a past present future ring with a 1 carat diamond in the centre and a half a carat either side of the one carat diamond. I was told that they would look in to it and give me a call with a price and time frame, unfortunately I'm still waiting for that call which I went in to the store in early December. Unfortunately for them they missed out on a sale and future sales. I was disappointed in the way i was treated. I went in dressed in jeans and a Harley Davidson shirt and I took 20 minutes to initially be served.

Love this jewellery shop they are very helpful , polite and patient. They sell a beautiful collection called Mariana I am addicted . I also like the men’s jewellery and hand made also . Been shopping here a few years and thought it’s time to leave a review highly recommend this family jewellers look at my collection
