I would NOT advise people to do business here.I bought a photo cover - not cheap at AUD25. Within a month the seam split.I took it back and asked them to replace it. They gave me a new cover. Asked me if i had a receipt. I said yes. Then they rudely and condesceningly said that they dont provide guarantee against defect and asked me for AUD25 to replace the cover.I asked them if they understood the seller's liability for latent defects in goods under Australian sales of goods legislation. The young man simply said it [the legislation] doesnt cover them.For AUD25 i'll go to the more reputatable sellers. Not worth the hassle. But DO NOT use these guys. Unprofessional to say the least. Very VERY poor customer and service experience.

DO NOT do business with them ! They did me wrong! I sent my phone in for a screen repair and somehow managed to break my phone! ( would not turn back on). They didn’t want anything to do with it !! I suspect them to have switched bad components in. I am now stuck with a non-working phone. It was a brand new iPhone 11. Very dishonest and rude people! :/

Such an awesome friendly people to deal with.I always come here to get my phone fixed. They explained everything so I understood. They also have full range of choices for my accessories. Highly recommend to everyone. Great people, great services and great prices.

Efficient job of replacing the screen protectors on our phones but more than twice as expensive as my last visit!

I was not happy with service I received today. My father and I were inquiring about the cost of a screen replacement. The store attendant rudely cut us off mid-inquiry and picked up a phone call. We received no assistance after this. I do not recommend this place if you want fast, efficient and professional service.

Decent prices, decide to return an item, wasn’t given any hassle

The team who work and run this business are absolutely amazing at what they do and take so much care to insure you leave their store feeling amazing with all your technology up to date and work. I have been going to them for over 5 year. Highly recommend

Discovered that they had used excessive heat to soften glues on back of the phone to remove, which distorted the cover. Then they used supaglue to patch it up. Rank amateurs who do not deserve to be working on sensitive equipment. Avoid at all costs - which by the way were excessive, with two hour repair time for a 30 min job. Again, avoid and go elsewhere.

Products thay they offer seem way cheaper than JBHifi and other shops around. Reasonable price for a phone case and screen protector. Great service !!

They sell a one dollar micro USB cable for 20 dollars, so take that as reference for over pricing.
