An exceptionally good locksmith. Ben was able to cut a key for me on a challenging lock that I had lost the key for. Four other locksmiths were unable to help, one recommended I contact Ben and glad I did. Super friendly and helpful, and old school customer service. **Update 25/02/23After my review was lodged, Ben made several attempts to text and call. He was apologetic and made a concerted effort to rectify the issue. Whether it was a sincere gesture or damage control, I can't be sure. Nevertheless, he tried and for that I'm grateful. Review increased to 3 stars.Visited this business as my wife's car was having immobiliser issues which, previously, had been caused by a failing transponder chip that a replacement key had fixed.After briefly chatting to the young man at the counter, he referred me to Rod, father of the owner and lifelong locksmith. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He's the reason I'm giving a couple of stars.Rod eventually recommended I call Ben (son and owner) so he could offer greater insight and hopefully commit to an at-home consultation.I therefore called Ben that afternoon and left a detailed message explaining my situation. I did not receive a reply, but wasn't overly surprised as it was late in the day.Early the following day (Friday), I again called and left another detailed message, this time explaining that I had two cars broken down so addressing this issue was of importance. Again, I did not receive a return call. I gave it some more leeway and even waited all day today (Monday), but nothing. I've now had to seek alternative assistance and have also lost several days.Thank you to Rod, it's just a shame it went downhill from there.

Had such a great experience with Lockwise Locksmiths. Ben was amazing from start to finish. Came out and reviewed the problem and fixed it asap for us and at an amazing price. Very friendly and professional, quick turn around time and stuck to the original quote. 100% recommend 5 stars!

Fantastic service. They installed a new lock on an external door. It seemed like a tricky job for DYI but they did it in no time. Work done proffessionally and lock looks solid. They also installed door closer as a last minute request. Highly recommended.

Ben’s service and knowledge of car faults and keys is second to none I have a Mercedes with lots of computer errors and a faulty key. He fit my job in late Friday afternoon spent 2hrs crawling around my car and wouldn’t quite until the problem was fix and price was very fair this is the only Man U want to see about keys trust me.Ben thank you once again u are a saint!

Wow.. Old fashion customer service! How rare. I was served by the young apprentice, what a lovely young man, nothing was to much trouble, he went that little bit extra than expected and it was really nice to see. I hope your Boss reads this and knows he is helping to shape an amazing young person into and awesome locksmith. Well done Lockwise, I will 100% be back and I will definitely recommend you to anyone that needs a locksmith. My friends and I are all getting a bit long in the tooth now so missing keys are pretty common occurrence for us, so should be back in contact any day Lol.

Ben is a complete professional and has done work for my family as well. He’s super fast and a great problem solver. I didn’t think my boot lock could be fixed but I asked the question and he literally fixed it in three minutes - he also saved me a tonne of money with his quick thinking.
