I went to Level Up Audio as I thought the aerial in my MB C200 had failed - AM reception was almost non-existent - and wanted to know if they could supply an after-market replacement.Fabian came out to the car to hear the problem, and quickly sourced it to an uncertified device in the power socket: took it out and I got AM back!I was was impressed by both the friendly service and that he didn't try to sell me a replacement unit.If it ever does fail, I'll be going straight to Fabian.Strongly recommended!

Fabian and his team done a fantastic install on my 2008 aurion, I decided to go with the Audison 6x9s with the tweeters installed on my doors. Professionalism and workmanship are second to none. Will be recommending the team at level up to everyone I know, when I’m ready for a sub, amp and new head unit I will be coming back for sure!!! Thanks again guys

Fabians has a self love like none other. He sits in his car while the workers are slaving away. As for the service I never had any. His attitude was too much for me. If you know what you want don't go there he only wants his way or not interested. I had to purchase my Brax speakers over east as not even his suppliers want to communicate with him.I even had to purchase my own high end speakers which he advertises as him being a retailer but can not even supply.

Excellent job and service from Fabian and his Team. My car life was extended with Alpine ILX-F511A Halo system. Exellent installation and everything is working as expected. Reasonable prices. I am a customer now.

Fabian and the team at Level Up Audio never cease to amaze me with their professionalism, competitive low pricing and high standard of workmanship with all jobs big and small. Just recently Fabian installed a custom boot set up in my C63s AMG. I gave Fabian the keys and he asked me the budget i had in mind and worked around that. We ended up going x2 Hertz Mille Legends with an Alpine Monoblock amp. The end result was incredible. Before this Fabian also did a full Audison sound system with twin 12 subs and an Alpine 9" Halo touchscreen deck with Apple car play in my partners car.
