Martin was a fantastic mechanic, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to any Mercedes owner. We brought in our Sprinter campervan for a scheduled check up, and he did an incredible job on it. He inspected the things I had concerns about and came back saying I had nothing to worry about rather than instantly upselling me, found a few issues that needed fixing immediately (called and gave me an exact price and reasoning before starting the job), and highlighted a few things that would need an eye kept on for the next service. If I'm ever back in North Queensland I'll hold off on doing any repairs until I can get back to Townsville and see Martin again. Thanks very much mate!

Martin and his crew were terrific and I can’t recommend them enough.We were on holidays in Townsville and had a problem with my Mercedes C63 and it was Friday afternoon and Mercedes Townsville weren’t interested however they suggested Martin and right from the first phone contact it was clear he was interested in helping.I only wish I had a mechanical shop in my area that are as genuine and interested in looking after the customer and doing the repair as well as Doyle Star Motors have done.Thanks again Martin for your great service.

Marty and the lads down at Doyle Star do exceptional work. I had an issue with my transmission and they had it diagnosed and sorted within 24 hours. What Marty doesn’t know about Mercedes-Benz’s likely isn’t worth knowing. Old school businesses like this one are in short supply and I think the high rating on the reviews reflects this. Wow what a guy, we are visiting Townsville for family get together and discovered a problem with our mercedes upon arrival. Called Martin late on a Friday afternoon and he said bring it in! Within 30 minutes our problem was fixed and we were able to continue with our sightseeing! Fantastic customer service and great professional knowledge. We couldn't thank Martin and his team enough, very much appreciated!!

There's nothing worse than a check engine light on a road trip in an unfamiliar place. But connor booked in my van with 5 minutes notice and made sure everything was all okay
