Son ordered menu log. Sundaes. After being told it would take 1-1/2 hours to drive 5mins up the road, then get a message enjoy your meal, when it wasn’t even at the door. Ring the store 15 times to have no-one answer. Then get another message your order is delayed it will arrive at 11.40. Ridiculous! Poor service but not surprised. This would have to be the worst Maccas in Australia. Always a problem

Generally very nice customer service, unfortunately 8 out of 10 times my order is always incorrect, for example no egg in a muffin, given hot chocolate instead of coffee, sprite ALWAYS tastes of soda water, missing itemsIt's frustrating but as we know there's more important things in the world. But I would like to get what I pay forAs I said service is good, but usually if ordering in the morning, alot of the times it's incorrect.

Apart from tripping over the garden edging, our visit here was good.The drive through was busy, but flowing well.I went in to pick up our order. There was no one waiting.Coffee took a few minutes as they were under the pump.Staff friendly. Food was acceptable.

The good includes plenty of parking due to most using the drive-thru, great playground and the cafe section working well. The bad/horrific included rubbish throughout the entire store left by teens that used the store as a playground and charging station and managed to an impressive degree use language that can't be televised before 9pm for the entirety of their sentences (somehow they still understood each other). Worthy mentions include all tables in the store had food or rubbish on them making it difficult to eat in, hand dryer not working and my family order going missing, to which after 15 minutes of standing near the counter watching other customers be ignored before using the screens to make their own order and employees who'd finished their shift getting in the way of staff working hard to fullfill orders at the window, I asked about my order with receipt in hand. This was promptly sorted though incorrect sauce was provided (sometimes it's also the little things). Somehow whilst this all happened my kids got locked in the playground. As you would expect by the above, the toilet was in need of love so you may be required to hold your child above it to pee. Also wondering if the chicken and cheese is meant to only have half a slice?

I usually come to this mcdonalds and the service, Food and atmosphere are usually good. But the last few times I've come I have noticed that the staff are not as inviting and polite as they used to be. The service is getting worse because staff would rather talk to each other and leave you standing there unattended and waiting for someone to take your order or address an issue and when they finally decide to come and see what your waiting for and find out that they have messed up your order for the 2nd or 3rd time in the matter of 20-25 mins they act as if you've stolen their lunch or spat in their drink. It's a real shame because this used to be one of the best mcdonalds I have visited and to stand by and watch it drown in my opinion, because of lack of training on the number one aspect of any successful business, CUSTOMER SERVICE, is a real shame.

Absolutely shocking 10 minutes to order our meal, 5 cars went before us when we got to the window to pay at the window the order was wrong again. If i could give no stars I would it's 6-30am now and we gor there at 6-12am and just got to the collect window..and to top it off the order when we got it was completely wrong get your act together seriously, I want the manager to contact me

We went here after a game of basketball on a Friday night.. waited longer then normal. Granted Friday night being busy.. but they had one person filling bags. Another ravaging through atleast 20 burgers to find the right one. Went on for another 20 mins before we got our food. No joke there were 40 burgers made just sitting there getting picked up and put down by one person trying to fill orders.No manager in site. No enthusiasm or need to have orders ready.. won't be going back there again
