If I could rate them a minus star I would they’re are terrible agents when you leave they provide false photos to try and get you all of your bond then when you take it to QCAT they proved false address’s so you don’t appear and tell your side of the story they charge you an $1000 on top of your bond just so they can know paint the house. avoid them at all cost

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. As noted in previous reviews, no communication with tenants. Having to follow up 2-3 times for a response is just unacceptable really and I appear to not be the only one who has had frustrations in trying to speak with someone. We had over three different managers in almost two years. Pretty careless attitude presented towards the end of our lease and whilst I understand we were outgoing tenants, the unprofessionalism exhibited was really unbelievable in the end. 6 weeks to find new tenants in this market with over 7 viewings, including a viewing on the day we were moving out of the property. Steer clear of this agency if you are an investor.

Absolutely horrendous agents. I have never faced such difficulties with any real estate in the past 10 years. The incompetence in understanding tenants point of view is embedded till the managerial level. Have had the worst experience with Lisa Tsolakidis in the Hobart office. First, we were raised an issue on the rental payments, which was never resolved (even by the manager). Their explanation on the variance on a day's worth of rent was due to software calculation. A small dent in the stairwell, which was as long as a fingernail was exaggerated and no pics were provided after the repair, rather an invoice was sent to pay $414. Mind you, the invoice was sent on the 8th December 2022 requesting payment to be made by 7th December 2022.Please have a look at the dent that is costing us $414 and you can be the judge.

No communication, enter your property without authorisation, the yard was overgrown and full of weeds when I moved in, I got evicted for having weeds in my front garden, and parking the trailer out the front, I found out they inspected my house without my knowing, no authorisation what so ever, house was left spotless , garden weeded, lawns mowed, yet they are trying to claim my whole bond, the worst and most unprofessional real estate I have ever dealt with, Sarah Wyman refused to communicate, mark the property manager is yet to contact me, I received a notice of claim in my email, that's it.. avoid at all costs... absolute disgrace.. and finally this is the maroochydore office, kontiki towers

In regards to your property in griffin, and what fraud you have done the matter is now being taken to a current affair and news stations and social media. Absolutely money hungry thief’s. Everyone is being warned not to rent or invest with your horrible business. The amount of people you’ve done the same to is a joke and you won’t be getting away with it anymore.

Rock do not care about the houses they manage. We've had nothing but issues with tenants living next door. They neglect the yard and front of the house. They have aggressive dogs who broke the fence and want to attack my kids.We've contacted Rock so many times in relation to the tenants and their attitudes towards us and other neighbours and the state of the outside of the house. What have they done? Nothing. Just a thank you for your concern" then just do nothing."

We are very happy with Sarah's management of our two properties. We are always kept informed of the goings on of our investments and Sarah is always courteous and polite. Thanks again Sarah.
