I got my screen protector changed today, the staff did really good job, very satisfied.

I have shopped from phone solution twice now over the course of the last year or so and have been very impressed by their quality and customer service.

Good staff got my phone screen replaced and the screen is good quality much cheaper than appleAnd was all done in an hour and they are very good at putting screen protectors on

I have nothing but praise for Staff at phone solution. It was devastating having my mobile phone die and other Businesses telling me that nothing could be retrieved. All my photos of my late Parents and Brother,  my Family photos and my recent holidays pics gone. Thankfully phone solution was able to retrieve them. Everything else I can replace with a bit of work.Thank you phone solution.

1 star for the friendliness of staff BEFORE I complained. Had a glass screen protector placed, $45 for it to be glued on, grabbed a $30 case also, which is $5 online so wasn't expecting that for starters.Got back to my car and thought I better take the case off to check for damage as it is a 2 day old phone. Well they had left chunks of glue on the phone edges. Took it back and asked them to get it off, she was wiping at it for over 5 mins, asked if I was happy, still glue on the phone so I said can you not get it off and she awkwardly said no so I said its a brand new phone and I'd rather not have glue on it.So she tried again, the one who had applied the screen was just standing there and didn't apologise once.She handed it to me again and said she couldn't do any more, still remnants of glue stuck to my phone, asked again if I was happy with it, not even a partial refund for their stuff up! Steam coming out of me I just said I guess I'll have to be happy with it won't I.She tried blaming the edges of the phone being different, I pointed out the phone is the same size the whole way around! Clearly not well trained in what they are doing to peoples phones.No apologies, $75 wasted in my opinion.Wouldn't recommend. They're friendly until they get a complaint.

The service was Outstanding! The staff spent the time to explain everything to me, absolute asset to the business. They are helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about phone cases and repair services. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service, fast and efficient service delivery and amazing staff.

The screen cover is too small for my screen so it peeled up within a few days. Also $45 for a glass screen protector is literally just a scam to rip off money. I can buy the cover online for $2.However, the staff were super friendly and quick.

Great selection range of phone cases. Good screen protector and service. Helpful and happy store. We will be back for sure. I am so happy with my new wallet style case!!
