Just wish they'd answer the phones, literally even once

If you are client of this company then you need more help, a lot more help. Honestly if they answered their phones it would be a bloody miracle. I would ask to be transferred to another Employment company. Only good thing I can say is that the staff are very Nice when you can get through to speak with them.

With this company for 5 years and never received any job offers. They have changed their name over 3 times now I think it's due to their service being horrible, hence the name change so many times. I advise that you cut ties with this company and find a more efficient job employment company. urinating in the wind will most likely get you more employable than this company

18 months in and NOT A SINGLE JOB LEAD and it has only gotten worse since being forced to change consultants. No considerations of appropriate employment opportunities for my disability, despite being a disability employment service provider. Often fails to keep appointments that I am forced to follow up and seeks employment on fields I am not qualified in without offer to pay for a qualification. Useless and never listens to me as a client.

Terrible service only ever had 2 job offers through this agency and both employers were massively dodgy and 1 went to prison for fraud these guys are refusing to give me money back I spent on work uniforms and refuse to answer their phones my advice to anyone looking at this company RUN

Sick of my payment being held over my head, under threat of cancellation and consequent homelessness if I don't meet arbitrary requirements that never lead to anything.Sick of being randomly bounced from consultant to consultant without warning. Seems to happen just as I begin to make some level of progress with a consultant, every time.Sick of consultants never following through with what they say they'll do, be it making a call, talking to this person or that, helping write up a resume or cover letter.I have crippling anxiety and agoraphobia. I need help doing these things that I can't do on my own. THAT'S WHY I NEED A DISABILITY SERVICE.Sick of the text messages *never* having the correct location/phone number.Sick of my payment being suspended when it is not my fault that consultants don't pick up their phones!Screw you, APM. I'm so tired of all of you. I'm so fed up at this point that I don't even care if anyone in charge of my business sees this. The appointments never result in anything worthwhile anyway!
