JRV Glass and Property Maintenance

Joey and his team were reliable and well priced. I had a number of home maintenance tasks including a shower replacement completed by JRV and was very happy with the service. JRV was always available to answer any questions and willing to do additional small jobs at short notice. HIs small team conduct themselves professionally and were easy to work with.

Joey appears to be unqualified and has little experience and knowledge about bathroom makeovers, although committed and assured otherwise. He and his his team replaced window and shower screens ( twice) due to substandard workmanship and still needs replacing. Unfortunately when he and his team make continual errors, he is non responsive and 6 months later l have an unusable bathroom.Lack of care and drop clothes resulted in further damage to my ensuite and bathroom.I simply asked for my bath to be painted and my bathroom tiles. He used wrong paint on tiles and it just drips/smears off.He took accountability for all his errors, however didn’t and hasn’t fixed or refunded my money as advised he would. ( which l have in writing and witnessed by his staff)My job started in September 2021 and quoted aprox 1 week. 6 months later, February 2022, my bathroom is unuseable and lost $5000 plus, and am pursuing VCAT to get a refund and additional costs.*** certainly takes advantage of people, especially women***
