CEVA Freight Management (Sydney)

Had my car delivered from cairns to Newcastle with not a mark on it when it left, arriving in Newcastle with scratches on the roof, drivers door, passenger doors I would leave zero stars if I could, absolutly ropable….Iv called the claims team to have no one get back to me it’s been 24 hrs atleast. Absolutely disgusted

Absolutely useless and horrible customer service. Damaged my vehicle refused to pay.

I would give it ZERO star if I could!. I had relied on CEVA to transport my car interstate. I also paid extra to transport goods in the car. Two incidents happened. The load on the road truck was not secured which resulted in a vehicle parked in front of my vehicle with a tow bar being smashed into my vehicle's front sensors and amounting to thousands of dollars in repairs. The second thing was a personal item had been stolen from the car despite it being wrapped up and placed in the car as part of the logistical goods to be transported as per the agreement with the company. A bunch of thieves and idiotic and incompetent staff. I will make sure all my friends and family go elsewhere for their logistical transport delivery.

Excellent service and products

Terrible place to work

Very hard to deal with and quiet rude over the phone. I am amazed they were making it so hard for me to get a quote, even after I informed them of the volume of vehicles we needed to get relocated. Still no quote, I will spend my money else where.
