I had a repair completed on our older ducted unit by Blue Mountains Air as the fan motor stopped working (burnt out). A local competitor came out and they recommended to replace the whole system! because it was ”too old” Blue Mountains Air come out and checked over the entire system and replaced the entire fan motor and mentioned the unit had lots of life left and replacing the whole system was totally unnecessary. Very quick turn around, Very professional, knowledgeable and explained very thoroughly but in simple terms. Very impressed. I highly recommend Blue Mountains Air as this was a very affordable option for us at the time and will always recommend them!
