Love the pool however aftercare support has been very disappointing. I gave up and contacted manufacturers of the pump and pool directly. They were much more helpful.

Focus On Water
Company should be called 'Focus on getting paid for doing nothing'. Went many months of having not one, but 2 green pools. No interest from the owner or his staff of getting pools up-to-scratch. Only cared about when his payment was going to go through. I paid it, green pools and all, then promptly fired them. Went with another provider who were more than happy to provide us with excellent service and support and get our pools back to beautiful blue colour.
