Amart Furniture Support Office

Placed an order in October 2020. Still waiting despite being assured that items are on their way on numerous occasions. Staff very polite but real service does not exist. Product that I was seeking and have paid for is still being advertise at a discount. Impossible to escalate a problem and impossible to contact head office. It appears that no one takes any responsibility.

Dont buy from Amart. They say they have a warranty but they realistic do not have any warranty. Part broken on my couch and its been 6 months now and still they have not replaced the plastic part. Now they do not answer my calls or return them. They play games with you, say they will get back to you and never do. I am going to lodge a complaint with consumer affairs now

Got a lounge it's got a ten year warranty.. but they don't give you a new lounge when it becomes faulty.. they give you store credit of the price you paid.. hahaha. Can't get a leather lounge now for that price ripped off

I was forced to hit my brakes as a truck driving dangerously came around the blind bend at a speed where the truck was at a fair tilt. I turned around as children play in these streets and there was no chance the driver could have stopped if a child was there instead of me in the car. Driver did a delivery 2 street away, I took a photo of the runsheet and sadly Amart Furniture was the company that hired this reckless dangerous driver. Please check items before excepting them and consider getting friend or relative to collect so this driver out of your children's streets.

Best and cheapest place.quality and quantity as well

Ordered and paid for lounge suit. Only got 3 seater on day of delivery. Two arm chairs couldn't be delivered because they didn't have the legs for the chairs. Paid in full and haven't got my two recliners yet. Not happy!!!

Purchased online and had issues with an expensive product. Put in a warranty claim and the only way to get the refund (as I couldn’t be bothered un-assembling a massive, heavy item) was to attend a store which is quite a distance away. When asked for a refund to my credit card (which is how it was paid for in the first instance being an online purchase) OR and online credit note, I was told it had been processed as an “in store credit” and to attend upon a specific store and present ID. I asked for clarification as I didn’t want store credit and the response was rather rude (cut and paste, bold and highlighted). I hope the store personnel don’t have the same attitudes when I get there (it’s already been 9 months as I have not been physically able to get there). Will not be buying from this company again given their staff’s rudeness.

Beware this company. They will take your money quickly enough then treat you badly. Customers and their concerns do not count for them. No stars not available but you don't deserve even one.

They won't honour their own warranties at all. Good luck getting them to action raised complaint either.

Never again. I felt a total idiot not being able to assemble (this should be Amarts job, not customer) a bedside table. This retails for nearly $500. Drawers l bought retail at nearly $1000. Very angry.Amart, how about you advertise your furniture is flatpacks. It is costing me extra$120 to get a tradie to do.
