Greg’s responsiveness and expansive product knowledge is a breath of fresh air after the frustrations of dealing with larger stores.Greg will always recommend quality products for your steed, but you won’t ever feel pressured to buy it. I’ve never said no to Greg’s suggestions because his work is top notch.If you love your bike as much as you love your post ride coffee and croissant (or in my case, burger and beer), then Wheelhaus is the place to go.

Bought my Focus from Greg just over a month ago.Stoked with the service.I wasn't sure about size, so he helped me by measuring me up to get a size estimate. Also said for me to bring my current bike so he could measure that up.52cm was still about a month away so I offered to put some money down to reserve it, but they didn't want to take it. He just said when it comes in, test it and if you like it take it. The complete opposite to pushy sales.When it finally arrived Greg had set the bike to copy the dims of my bike as much as possible.Just a great shop.

Greg is a top guy, knows his way around a road bike and wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my Cervélo. Prices are what you would expect for a high end bike. Really happy with the services and advice. Also sell some great kits!

Fantastic service. Greg contacted me the day i sent him a message about a bike service. Gave me a 30 min window and sorted all my issues out and tightened up a few other areas while he was at it. Super knowledgeable, efficient and a really lovely bloke to boot.The shop is super cool and the service was spot on.Highly recommended.

This is the best local bike shop in Sydney. Greg (who has decades of experience in the bike industry) and the team know everything about bikes. They live, breath and sleep anything bicycles. Excellent customer service, offering only the best gears and products. No compromise.

The best customer service! Every other bike shop I have been to, staff have treated me like an idiot and have done sketchy bike services. So that’s why I go to Wheelhaus where the service is top notch. Greg knows his stuff and is really helpful. The shop is also dog friendly yay!
