Greencross Vets Craigieburn

Best vet in Craigieburn. Dr Matt and Dr Avanti are so kind and gentle. They have cared for our puppy Boa since day one (especially our favourite nurse Emily who is always ready with cuddles and to put our minds at ease). They are always helpful, especially for first puppy parents.We definitely recommend signing up for the Greencross program too, as we have saved a huge amount on our visits and needs for our pup so far. It has been so worth it! Boa will be here for life and we hope the Craigieburn team will be too.

We took our 6-year old Staffy in for teeth clean and scans, the care and level of communication was amazing!! In addition the follow-up call to see how Ronson was going again was super impressive. The team at Greencross Vets Craigieburn are truly brilliant people!!

The Craigieburn Green Cross vet is the best vet I've been too, the were very friendly to us and our 2 german shepherd pups. We asked a lot of questions and they were happy to answer them all in long sentences.We are so grateful that our pups were so carefully looked after. Thank you!!!

Been to Greencross in Craigieburn a few times for my cats for various reasons - check up, vaccination, checking microchip and unfortunately euthanasia. I had seen various vets there and all are professional, informative, kind and take time to listen and explain things. Reception staff and nurses are also wonderful. Appointments are attended to in a timely manner. I had moved to Greencross from another vet company after being dissatisfied with that service and am happy with the care my cats get at Greencross. They have looked after my cats ranging in age from kitten all the way to senior years. Highly recommend.

Don’t go here. First time customer with a 10 week old puppy. The apple maps said it was next to Augustus gelatery. Spent 5 mins walking around in circles trying to find the place and the maps telling us to do u turns. Only to call them 8 mins late asking where it is. They said next to petbarn when the maps didn’t say that and that we had to reschedule our appointment when we were looking for it for 5 mins plus road works on Craigieburn road. They didnt seem to understand the concept of road works. Very unreasonable. Should have instructed us prior to going there that there would be road work issues and especially as a first time customer they should have accommodated for us. Would have got a few hundred bucks from us. I work in customer service and if I did that to a customer I would have been fired on the spot. Poor customer service.

My adopted greyhound had his first vet visit today to get some stitches out and was pretty stressed about it. The wonderful nurses gave him so much love and calmed him right down.

Was 7 minutes late for out 1st puppy consultation. Was difficult to find the place due to roadworks that we weren’t warned about on our first visit. Our 10 week old pup was due his 2nd vax so I was keen to make this practise our vet. Instructed by staff to rebook on arrival and if we called earlier , they could have accommodated us?? I don’t see how they could have anyway if we still had 13 minutes of our possible consultation they wouldn’t even fulfil in the first place. Very poor customer service.

Words cannot describe how wonderful Dr Matt and his entire team are. I don’t actually think they will ever understand how wonderful they have been. We had a very sick dog who needed in the end to be put to sleep and from the very first day they have been amazing. It means the world to us what you have done. The professionalism everything from discussing options to even the receipt and how it’s worded. God Bless you all for everything you have done for us.Tammy & Eric xxx

Took my elderly unwell cat to Greencross. The Vet that examined my cat was lovely. She was very warm and professional and carried out a thorough examination of my cat. She followed up with a phone call the next day to check on my cat's condition. I highly recommend Greencross.
