My 93-year old wife requires daily hydrotherapy in our heated pool, so when our old heat pump broke down, we were recommended to call Sunlover Pool Heating, Brisbane. Their service guy was here next day to determine our requirement and within four working days the new quiet Oasis heat pump was properly installed. I can not speak more highly about the service this company gave us . They sent two men who were so service orientated to fix our Solar leak . The two gentlemen were so professional and our bill was not much . I highly recommend this company for outstanding customer service .

Sunlover were amazing. Great customer service, communication and reliability. From the quote all the way to the finished installation the the whole crew were punctual, enthusiastic and proactive. The installation team were great and worked with me with pipe placement, etc. 3 months later the system is still running perfectly and our pool is a balmy 30 degrees all day. This business is becoming a rare find in this day and age with unreliable, sloppy and unprofessional companies becoming the new norm. Sunlover are a breath of fresh air and I can't recommend them enough.

We have had our pool heater from Sunlover Heating for several years and have always had terrific service from them. Recently, just before a pool party, our heater stopped working and I phoned for advice and help. The service staff on the phone were great leading me through the trouble shooting steps and when this still did not help, one of their technicians, Tony, went out of his way (literally) to help. In a few minutes he had replaced a faulty switch and we had a heated pool in time for the children. If you are thinking about pool heating I would not hesitate to recommend this team.

Sunlover installed a heating system for our pool three years ago, and the unit has been great, keeping the pool warm and swimmable all through winter. I have the system serviced yearly, and have found their admin and maintenance people very efficient and easy to talk to.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I wanted to share yet another positive experience with all the staff at Sunlover.We received fantastic service from the office staff, sales and also the technicians when getting our system installed just over 2 years ago.I made a call last week in regards to a warranty issue and yet again the service was fantastic.Julie in the office is so friendly, responsive and helpful and the technician arrived on time and had the issue fixed in no time, displaying great workmanship.Thanks Sunlover for your continued 5 star service.
