Tidy clean, secure ground floor lockers at Smithfield, with great access times. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would be my first choice if I had to store again.

I really cant praise this company enough. The customer service goes above and beyond expectations. The facilities are immaculate and secure. I have my vehicle stored with Big Blue Storage, and I'll definitely be using them next time I'm up north.

These guys are legends. They really helped me out at a critical time. I was moving from Cairns to Sydney in 2 days and my removalist pulled the plug at short notice. Big Blue helped me out in short notice for temporary storage while I arranged for another removalist. My storage was only needed for a week or so but saved big time. Amazing company. Such a delight to use. I was stressed out from the service of another provider when I phoned. Sureyya made me feel that I was welcome and she was so easy to talk with and displayed real empathy.. Then on the Monday I met with Michael who confirmed my thoughts of the company.. great service. These people could show a lot what professional standards are. A 5 is not a high enough rating as they go above and beyond even a good company. So happy and confident about leaving my goods there whilst I tend to my responsibilities in Brisbane. Can't thank the team enough.
