Yeah dont take your car here. Not only is the paint job so bad there are bits of bare metal still visible on the corners, but they have actually RIPPED parts apart for access instead of unclicking them and then just glued them back together (you missed some glue btw...). Not to mention they STOLE the badge from the front of the car and LIED about it, claiming the pressure washer washed it off when its SCREWED IN. They didnt find" the stolen badge till we threatened to contact police. They promised to get us another one

Wished I had’ve seen some of these reviews before I was sent here, as I would have chosen my own repairer. Car repairs look fine, it was the incident with my car fob that brings me to leave this review. The car fob was returned to me in worse condition than the car was when I dropped it off! It was handed to me with the damage down & then when I raised the issue, I was told it looked like general wear & tear…to buttons that aren’t even buttons which means they aren’t used at all! The manager talked down to me & really made me feel I was lying. My husband ended up having to call them because I was so upset. The girl who answered the phone, was the same girl who walked me to my car & handed me my fob, but she told him she didn’t know who I was…what rubbish! I now have had to raise another claim through my insurer to have this assessed, what a joke! Lesson learnt - take photos of your car keys/fob before handing them to anyone!The unfortunate thing is I have to go back there in 6/8 weeks for the flare to be fixed as it was on back order, yippee. More rubbish customer service coming my way I’m sure.

Have to return car due to faulty light immediately after repair. 3 weeks later found that workers spilt chemical in the boot causing erosion. Concerning quality of careUpdate 26/6/23The issue was resolved with some delay for part. I upgraded to 3/5 stars

I have paid insurance for over 30 years and this was the first time ive had to claim...very unsure about the process...but arrived greetly warmly in reception and the assessor was lovely and professional efficient and reassuring. My appointment was for 230 and I was in the uber organised for me at 232. A friendly efficient and professional experience. Thank you so much especially to the delightful staff in reception. I appreciate their kindness professionalism and empathy.

Initially upon reading some of the lower rating reviews I was concerned about using Capital SMART. Yesterday I took my vehicle in for its initial assessment- wow what a surprise! As a former military pilot I am use to high maintenance standards and clean facilities- Capital SMART was a beautiful clean, well designed facility. The staff who met me were charming and professional. They took the time to ensure I understood the process and answered my questions completely and with courtesy. They understand that customers are dependent on vehicles for their businesses and lives. First class facility and staff.

When you first drive in there are just cars everywhere. But you finally see the spot where your supposed to go. There is a administration room off to the right, and your good to go after they have checked over your car.

Absolutely brilliant experience with Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs Banyo. My vehicle was completed in a very timely manner as promised, Kim on reception was awesome to deal with very direct and no mucking around. The repair they performed on my vehicle was impeccable and they went above and beyond in their service. I would highly recommend this repairer to anyone looking, and if this is your default for your insurance, you are in great hands.

Brilliant!! Did a great job fixing my car. Had it finished within said time frame & I had not played the excess until the day I got it home. I hope the woman I pranked into had as positive experience as I did??

Took them 2 days to send my landrover to their darra shop. Who took 5 days to work out they can work on landrovers because their alloy so sent to to another shop 10 day to work out out to fix a small dent and couple of scratches ..thet really aren't that SMART. But nice people

A great company to deal with, very friendly staff and an extremely clean / tidy office area and workshop area
