Dropped in for lunch around 2:20pm. There was still a decent number of people there, but there were a few tables free. They had already ran out of a lot of their lunch offerings, but still had some of the rarer meats and chicken available. I grabbed a sizeable schnitzel burger and chips. It certainly filled a hole.Speaking of holes, the swimming hole is out the back. They ask for a gold coin donation if you’re visiting the hole for a swim. It’s a decent sized watering hole, with a few steps leading down to it. There’s ample grass area at the top too to dry off in the sun afterwards.

Only good thing about it was the swimming hole. Should've just come for that but we thought we would be supportive and buy stuff from the cafe. Ordered a soursop smoothie which was delicious however for $10 it was offensively small (see photo). I get things are expensive now and I don't mind paying for quality but if you're charging $10 for a smoothie then make it a $10 serving size. This was way too small and not worth $10. Also ordered a double shot flat white which was brought out in a giant mug - no I didn't want giant mug of milk. That's a milkshake. To fix this they just tipped half of it into a smaller cup thinking I wouldn't notice. I did notice. Next time I'll just come here to swim. Cheers.

This was a nice place which we visited on recommendation from the Port Douglas bike shop. Atmosphere was nice, outdoor eating was very clean and the crocodile burgers were sweet and didn’t disappoint. After lunch we popped down to the swimming hole which was a very relaxing spot for a quick dip to freshen up from the warmth.

Deliciously tasty and big with great country service!Bring your appetite when you come to Masons because they do hearty sized meals. The food here is so tasty and authentic with a big range available. The chilled wraps and sandwiches sell out fast so get in early. The hot chips served with the hot meals are fresh and crispy which adds to the overall delight of the meal.

Came here for lunch. Plenty of parking available. Lady who served us was friendly. You get a number and then they call it out and you come and grab it. The wedges were great and really crispy, and they didn't come with salt which was good. The vegetable sandwich was fine. Nothing special, but nice because we were starving! Cute location, didn't go swimming though.

What a spot! There is a wide range of great burgers. We had the crocodile burger and the meal portions were huge! There is a swimming hole here too so bring your swimmers.

Very yummy and well presented food. Had a crocodile burger which was delicious. Chips are provided as a side, but very good and could be eaten by themselves.

The food exceeded expectations (yummy burger) and the swimming hole is a lovely spot for a refreshing swim. Most servers were friendly or at least polite, but one server was snappier than a crocodile. We felt very unwelcome.A suggestion for the owner’s consideration would be to have a sign so kids know not to ride bikes down the path to the swimming hole. The server yelled at at least three groups of kids while my partner and I were at the cafe.Thank you.
