Communication has been very ordinary, we ordered through eBay shop and didn't receive part but received a full refund.

Dealing with Diesel Talk was a completely disappointing experience as it lacked any professionalism or integrity.Found an injector pump I was looking for on the Diesel Talk website. Had contacted Mike to confirm price and availability prior to ordering. Everything seemed great on the phone. Was assured price was correct and that stock was no issue as he could get one in within a couple of days if he didn't have one on hand. Ordered online following day and received an automated email confirming the order. Two weeks later, having received no product nor any correspondence I've requested an update on the ETA. Three days later I received a refund without any further contact or explanation. A few days later I checked the website again and found that the price for the pump had almost doubled. What aggravates me the most is that a simple call or email explaining the situation (basic customer service) would have been sufficient to prevent this negative review. This was a total waste of time.A subsequent search of the ASIC website has revealed that Diesel Talk is run by another company called Euro Car Parts Australia with it's own website. They both share the same phone numbers. Euro Car Parts Australia also operates via eBAY.Save yourself a hassle and take your business elsewhere.

Mike has got a good knowledge about diesel engines and injectors , i got some stuff for my ranger off him reasonable price and great customer service

Good bloke i deal with him as a trade customer never let me down. One time he came all the way to Maddington to drop me sone new injectors.

One of the worst customer services from Mike.I wish If I could give 0 star to them I wanted to buy ME131603 fuel pump for my truck from them and I was about to order online and price was showing $2295 on their website. I just call them to make sure this is the right part for my truck and wanted to pay over the phone. Mike call me after 30 mins with the new price of $2990 and also suddenly changed the price online on their website too. He told me he will call me in 2 hour and since then I tried to call him heaps of time and he is not even answering the phone. What a rubbish service.

Mike is a great guy charged me 850 to replace injector seals, clean injectors, run diagnostics on injectors, plus did my rocker cover gasket all for 850. I got quoted 600 and 700 from two other mechanics just for rocker cover gasket.

Ripped off my mate by claiming they fixed the issue but in reality he just replaced things willy-nilly which made things worse.now he's broke left with a broken van and can't go on his road trip with his partner, which was their dream for many years.

Poor integrity, Communication, Skill and Service.replaced irrelevant parts to the actual issue, claimed it was fixed then the exact same issue reoccurred over a span of 4 months.Ended up taking it elsewhere to find out i was charged for a misdiagnosed issue.

Diesel Talk and Euro Car parts Australia (webstore) are actually the same guy (see same phone number and address). Fuel Pressure Valve turned out to be faulty, caused a bit of a drama but once I got through to Mike he sorted the matter in exactly the way I was hoping without making excuses or messing me around
