Dropped of my Telecaster at 9:30am for a simple set up, was told it would be done later in the day. Called multiple times throughout the afternoon to hear if it was ready for pick up with no answer.Came to see what was going on at 3pm and the whole shop was full of people drinking and having a get together. I was told that the repairman had left early in the day and that my telecaster was not set up. I had driven down from Bunbury and wasted a lot of time and money and was told tough luck, Busselton Music is absolutely incompetent.

I have been isolated to the Busselton area during covid-19 lockdown. I went in for a guitar strap Day 1 and received such a warm welcome and excellent advise from Kel and Mel I returned back with my guitar for servicing. Extremely happy with the service and the adjustments made to my guitar. Very fairly priced and I feel they go above and beyond to ensure the customer has a pleasant music experience. If your looking for a shop to entrust your pride and joy this is it by far! Outstanding thank you so much, I’ll be back when in the area again.

My technics digital piano packed up on me and I thought I'd have to take it down to the dump. I rang Kelly at Busselton Music who said he'd be able to fix it. What a great job. Working again and even new speakers so sounds like new! Even strengthened up the old girl as she's getting on!I highly recommend anyone who needs any musical instruments fixing to go straight to Kelly. Great communication and fast repairs.Thanks so much again Kelly. Really sounds great!

Met owner. Very knowledgeable about the two makes built after interviews with musicians for an instrument to fit the $500 budget. Tried a few guitars.Lots of choice of instruments. A great selection of instruction books. Plenty of choice in strings to suit all instruments. Well laid out shop. Amps keyboards bongo drums. Most happy to recommend this shop to a person looking to buy an instrument to suit a budget as plenty to choose from.
