Obsolutely appalling customer service. Went in to get nappies and their eftpos was down - told them I was down to my last one and in a huge rush to get to work and I had my baby with me. Said I’d leave my name number and licence number to come back and pay later and they refused even though I am a local and regular costumer. Went to Chemist Warehouse on Old South Head Road who had the same issue with their eftpos and they were more than obliging to look after their local costumers and help a mother in need!Disgusting attitudes and a very rude and unhelpful manager.

This place is a joke, wish it was not so local to my doctors. Have been given medication that is wrong so many times, they even once gave me my medication but the script details and health insurance receipt was for another person in the area when i tried to get that fixed they told me my script was invalid and couldn’t produce the original script i handed them. The stories I have going to this chemist are sadly gold.

The cashier at this chemist lied to me when I asked for a RAT pack. She said they had none in the shop but when my husband tried with the pharmacist, he got a pack. When I went back and asked her why she lied, she just looked away. She judged that I should not be getting one?

I have been a customer of this store since they opened and always satisfied. However, lately, I have had two bad experiences: a young female pharmacist gave me the wrong medication and yesterday a young Asian pharmacist took my prescription, asked me if I would accept generics and I said NO. I got home, quite sick, and took the first tablet when I realised it was the generic one.......... Now I know that Michael Soo would never do such a thing, he is a decent pharmacist, but this guy is very sneaky and will cause me to take my scripts elsewhere in the future. I do not like being treated like this old woman won't notice
