Don't go to these people they have no idea what customer service is, and I could've got a better deal else where, way to expensive

By far the cleanest aquarium I've been too and there selection of tropical fish is awesome highly recommended

The worst customer service I’ve experienced at a fish shop.

Been there at 3:40pm. There 2 staff they pushed together and tell me come back the other day even i drove all the way there. Wonder why working house show close at 5pm. So disappointed

Terrible just terrible do not visit these filthy people, don't waste your time very rude Asian salesman came to purchase a large 300L tank, man acted as if we can't afford it n recommend us to 20L tank, they lost a customer we went to another aquarium store with much friendly staff n got a 300L set up tank

Keep right away from this store, very bad customer service especially If something goes wrong, they won't want to know about it. If I could give them No Stars I would !!

Last year I asked for a quote for a custom made fish tank and was quoted $250. COVID happened so I decided to wait until things settled. Also the man who I dealt with was very dismissive and rude. I decided to follow up this year. I got a quote for $370. I asked why there was such a big price difference and couldn’t get an answer. Despite this I wanted to go ahead. I called after 4pm and the same rude person as last year told me he only does business until 4pm even though the website says 5pm. I called today at 2.30pm and he said I need to call before 2pm to do business. That’s two times he’s turned me away. I told him he’s unprofessional and he hung up on me. I called back and he screamed at me and called me a c#%t and hung up the phone! Do not do business with bad people aka these people please.

Awesome range in Aquarium accessories and very fairly priced Songe and he's team are very knowledgeable much respect.

Made a couple of on-line enquiries with no response to either. Failed to pick up the phone when calling. The best way to destroy your business is not returning contact made by customers.
