If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is for your Match My Ride service. You have blocked me from your Facebook pages trying to avoid a bad review but you know what, I didn't get what I signed up for!I was constantly sent adds for horses outside of my listed criteria. I didn't find a match and you wouldn't even give me a refund.You forced me into spending thousands of $$$ on the horse I did purchase on your recommendation while trying to protect yourselves telling me there must be a reason for how this horse was acting, he must be in pain or something so you made me get professional after professional out to assess him. But no one could find any answers.Then I lost a further $4,000 when he was taken back by the previous owner 8 weeks after I purchased him.To say I am disappointed is an understatement.This was my last hope at finding a suitable horse and you ruined that. I have given up, sold my float and all my gear. I'm done!So thanks so much for the stress, drama and wasting many thousands of my $$$ in just a few short months. I hope your happy!
