We wanted to install a split system air conditioner on an inside wall in a double brick home. Not the usual back to back installation and not the easiest job. After being told by a few other companies that they couldn’t do it the way we wanted, we rang Chris at Impact Air.He came over to have a look ( on time too - love that!) and offered a solution that allowed the unit to be installed right where we wanted it. We couldn’t believe it!Chris gave us a very competitive quote too, for both supply and installation which we accepted on the spot!The installation went smoothly, ( on time again - love that!) and we couldn’t be happier with the job Chris did for us.We would have no hesitation in recommending Impact Air to anyone.Great job Chris - thank you

I had down lights, a new extractor fan and some tricky work on the fans and lights in the bedrooms so it all worked properly again. I used Impact Air and Electrical for the installation of a ducted system and security lighting in my workshop. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and how easy the team was to work with. Their quote was really competitive and were able to fit me in really quickly unlike other quotes I had where I had to wait several weeks. Really appreciate the fantastic work and attention to detail!

I feel compelled to write this review.......These guys were dishonest...... I had a repair done by Impact air that was botched. They returned to site and fabricated a story that another part of the system, the compressor, was out of spec and faulty and would cost thousands to put right. I got a 2nd opinion and found that the compressor was in fact in spec and not faulty! The original repair had been botched and simply needed to be done again. Had to go to tribunal to get a refund... what a hassle. I worry for those that blindly pay up.
