G.E.Sault and Sons

I booked guttering work to be done by this company in August of 2015 and despite having paid a deposit and being told it would take about 8 weeks for the job to be done, it was not completed until March 2016. Even then the work was not even started until after I threatened them. They never had the time to call and say the job would be delayed, but when I rang them they always had a very poor excuse. However after the job was done and it came time for the bill to be paid they had heaps of spare time to email and chase up the payment. I have dealt with some very poor building trades people, but I think these are the worst. Avoid.

Never rang me back despite admin taking my message and telling me someone will ring me back. Found another professional company whose communication was professional.

Had Greg come and give me a quote for the removal of my old asbestos roof, and replace it with colorbond. From start to finish the team were fantastic to deal with, always kept me up to date with the progress and dealt with my changing requests with ease. The job was completed and the workmanship by the team was A1. If I ever have to replace another roof, GE Sault will be the only place I deal with.

Worst company ever. Do not deal. They keep coming back with excuses why they can't come out and do the job you've paid for. I paid for a tile repair job 3 months ago and they ring today to say they can't do it because their tiler has decided to take 2 months off. This was for a job that will be done in 8 - 10 weeks"."

Hard to contact, unreliable if you are on the outskirts of there area, take deposits and don’t turn up. Give this one a miss

Got a quote and paid a deposit to go ahead with it. 2 weeks later they tell me they will charge a extra $1100 because they made an error with the quote. Rubbish, I'll find someone else to do the work thanks.

Arranged a quote, they never turned up.Phoned up & girl said she would look into it & ring back.2 weeks later & still no call back

Greg promptly provided me with a very reasonable quote for roof restoration and repair. Within weeks of first correspondence the work was completed. Broken tiles were replaced and moved around for aesthetics from the front aspect. All ridge capping was repointed and rotten timber on two front gables covered beautifully with perfectly matching Colourbond.Each individual with this company has been very respectful, polite and friendly. Processes were explained and photographs were shown to me so I did not have to tackle the ladder and roof myself.All safety measures were taken.Overall, my experience with G.E.Sault and Sons was pleasant and positive.I would highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the work on our roof. The tradesmen were skilful, efficient and did a great job. They took all their rubbish away, as well. Thanks so much. Deborah
