I moved north of the river 18 months ago and thought I would not find a doctor as i had before. Then I met Mel! She got me from the start> Loved her honesty and patience with me as a old lady with my own views! thank you Mel! But sadly have been told she is retiring! Will be seeing Dr Wong from now on!! Great practice and great doctors!!!

Doctor Taj is amazing. He always listens and is great with kids!

I have attended Forrest Road Medical Centre for a year now. I have always been treated with courtesy, professionalism and in a friendly manner. Emergencies have been addressed swiftly and telephone consultations have sometimes been resolved without the need of attending the surgery itself. Reception staff are always helpful, friendly, professional and courteous.

Outstanding medical practice. Dr Taj is an absolute gentleman and a fantastic doctor. Incredibly knowledgeable, kind, empathetic and considerate. Never felt rushed out the door by him or his staff.Highly recommend this clinic to anyone

Amazing service! So professional I’ve seen 2 Drs now and they are both amazing! The receptionist are amazing too they are so friendly!!

Why is it so hard to find a decent doctor these days?! Recently moved interstate so needed to find a new doctor locally. As hard as it can feel to bring yourself to go get a mental health care plan, this practice made it traumatic. My wife cancelled work and made a morning appointment, waited absolutely ages, only to be entered into the system as a new patient, charged $120 and turned away because she apparently should have been booked it as a double appointment and they didn't have time. Kind female doctor, but what a joke.I called them and managed to get her a longer appointment in the afternoon with the husband but that was a huge mistake.She felt the whole time that he had zero time for her or empathy for what she is asking for. Hardly took his eyes of the computer when asking her serious questions, and just left her feeling even more upset and judged... Oh and charged $130.$250 for 2 appointments in one day, for one piece of paper. It's disgusting

Always greeted with a smile from the wonderful receptionists and the best Medical care from the Doctors at the practice.

So disappointed with my recent experience. I’m still gobsmacked.After booking online yesterday, receiving all the confirmations and reminders, leaving work early and having to make arrangements for my other children, I took my 4 year old (who is losing clumps of hair at a time) in to see the Dr here. Only to get in and be told that their system disconnected from Healthengine over the weekend and that none of the online bookings registered with their system.Now fair enough, these things happen, but they appear to have taken the “too bad, so sad” approach. Instead of calling Healthengine and working out a way to get a list of all the people who had booked online during the down period, so that they could be contacted and rescheduled, they are simply waiting for them to arrive for their appointments and telling them “all we can say is sorry.”After I said that I really needed to see a Dr today because of the potentially infectious nature of his hair loss, they said they might be able to squeeze him in but they can’t guarantee the wait time.The waiting room were all listening and I even had someone (a lovely lady who i didn’t get to really thank properly) come up and offer for my son to have her appointment. I declined because she shouldn’t have to give up her spot. Clearly others could see that what had happened was really wrong.I’ve been going to the practice for a few years, and I won’t be going back again if this is how they treat people.
