Jeremy and his team are first class. Any time a problem came up (which can happen on projects this size) Jeremy was on to it straight away. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I can highly recommend Rippleside pools. From start to finish their communication has been excellent and the whole team have been great to deal with. Jeremy and Abby have promptly answered all of our questions (and we have had many!!) - they have gone above and beyond to make sure everything was achieved to the highest standards and quality workmanship. The team that did the installation (Jeremy, Leigh, Corey and others) were all amazing, working hard to get the pool installed despite all of the unpredictable weather events. Our new pool is sensational and we've been swimming in it already in October on most days. It's super easy to operate and heat and the dolphin robot cleaner is a great worker! I love that Rippleside pools are a locally owned family run business and I'm so pleased that we signed up with them for our pool. Deciding on a pool is a big financial commitment so it's great to work with a company that help you throughout the whole process.

I highly recommend Rippleside Pools. They are competitively priced and ensure quality workmanship. I was particularly impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to work with us to achieve the best results. The workman were great and Jeremy coordinated with me the whole way through.It's a heated pool, so the kids are swimming daily even in October. Between the robotic cleaner (Dolphin) and the pool cover, there is virtually no maintenance. Pool keeps itself clean. Very pleased customers.

We did a lot of research into an inground heated pool and wanted a pool that was going to look good in a rural setting on two acres.Jeremy and the team at Rippleside Pools, were absolutely amazing. From the moment we stepped into the showroom and spoke to Leanne, to the many questions we had for Jeremy and Abby and to the amazing team that installed the pool. There were a few hiccups at installation which wasn't Rippleside Pools fault, but they just continued on and finished our pool right before Christmas. They are friendly, professional, easy to get along with, return your calls and answer any questions. The pool is amazing and the beautiful tiles and the fake grass they installed all look awesome. The reason why we went with Rippleside from the start was because they are a one stop shop that had amazing customer service and are a family business that have amazing staff. We couldn't have found a better team to install our pool and we would highly recommend them to everyone. We do recommend them to everyone. Thanks again Jeremy and team for your amazing work.

So pleased we booked in when we did, all set for summer. In ground installation went according to plan, even with narrow access. Jeremy had lots of good ideas and advice, and Leigh was an absolute pleasure to have working on site. Even when we added to the work we wanted for the surrounding wall, it was never an issue.
