Staff went above and beyond when signing up and getting a new phone became problematic dealing with Telstra!The awesome, legend of a bloke dealing with my contract issues, and the store manager stayed behind closing time in the craziest time of year, just before Christmas, almost an hour after close because it was half way done and waiting on Telstra to get back to us...I don't even mind that it took nearly 3 hours in store to sort it all out, their patience and understanding was magnificent. Extremely helpful, very patient and I am very grateful!

Got a bargin phone for my wife's 60th. They had the wrong price on it and was 300 less than normal. They honoured the mistake. Always shop here, friendly knowledgeable staff and great prices.

Had to come in to swap a tv over for a warranty claim.Had a guy nicknamed Scottish help us out who was absolutely lovely and super helpful and friendly.Really appreciated the efforts of all the people working there who helped out.Great experience

My family went to JB HI Fi in Market Square Geelong this morning to buy a new tv & dvd player. The woman that waited on us was fantastic & I'm only sorry we didn't get her name. She had golden hair & several piercings in her ears. She was lovely & very knowledgeable too. Her understanding of all the different products made our purchase very easy in the end. Thanks again for all your help.

Where the coins at! Selling Zelda preorders offering a Zelda coin but then when you go to pick up the game the coins are not available and the staff don't help don't care. Total scammers. Should've went to EB where staff have a bit of passion. Never again

Helpful staff found the product I wanted available in another store, arranged transfer to my local store and payment so I could use gift cards for the purchase. Have always been happy with JB customer service.
