Hello everyone,JS bond clearers are just magical! On a short notice, they came to my house, cleaned and made sure that I get my full bond back and that’s what happened. Excellent cleaner and finished cleaning less than provided time. I would highly recommend JS bond. They looked into details and cleaned each and every corner. If I get a chance I would get my Bond Cleaning done but only with JS bond cleaning.

Do NOT use this company for your bond clean. They will cost you money.I had to use this company as my original bond clean service cancelled with short notice. And this company is the only one I could find able to do on that day. They quoted a pretty cheap price, but once they turn up and count blinds etc the price is typical of a normal bond clean.Our real estate agent rang them up and asked to rectify many issues. Floors not mopped in kitchen and living room. Walls not even spot cleaned. Light switches not even wiped down. They refused to come back and rectify. They also did not clean light fittings or clean internal windows.Our agent has to book a new cleaner to rectify, and sadly it will effectively be a full bond clean again. Only the Oven cupboards and counter tops do not have to be redone. Steer clear of this company as best you can. And do not believe the 5 star reviews.

Thank you to the J & S Cleaners team who were very thorough with cleaning. The actual price ended up lower than quoted price which was very good compared to other companies in market. The best aspect was the cleaning was well supervised. At the end of the job the cleaners did not leave until I had approved everything. And we got full Bond.Thank You Sejalben and Jiten. Excellent cleaners. JS Cleaning did a bond cleaning job for me at short notice (same day) and really helped me out when I needed a property returned to a very high standard for Airbnb. They were on time, friendly and completed the work to a very high standard. Very easy to deal with, an excellent experience all around.

So disappointed with the service received by this company. We selected them to do a bond clean for us at a property. They charged us $710. The cleaning completed was horrible we had to send them back to re do the carpet cleaning and various other items. The clean was not up to standard at all. I asked the cleaners to meet me onsite to rectify and they didn’t want to meet on site all they wanted was a report. So we gave them a list of things to be fixed and after checking again they didn’t do everything properly. $710 and the clean we got was terrible! And now the owner of the company is just sending copy and paste replies and refusing to help (asking us to pay more money to get them out again) he has also threatened to write a bad google review for my own company if I write him a bad google review. Be careful!

Firstly, they didn't turn up on scheduled day. I had to phone them and ask where they were. Secondly, when they arrive on rescheduled day they try to bump the price up by 3x the original quote. Absolute extortion! I own the house so I didn't need them. Would hate to have relied on them to get a bond back from a rental. Will be reporting to ACCC for extortionate practices to save other people from being caught out by these folks who have zero integrity.
