Very bad company. Cheaper by couple of hundreds. At the beginning they show u how responsive they are then when u call for repairs they don’t answer anymore.My 1 month old garage is installed in 2 different Alucobond colors and the motor is glitching ( I have to open and close the garahe around 2 times no joke for it to open)and they’re still not answering to come and repair it.Dont work with them they are terrible.Very unprofessional.I would put 0 stars if it was an option

Bought a house with newly installed garage door from these guys. If power cuts out door just opens by itself which is massive security issue. Been trying to get them to fix it for 6 months and never show up when promised.

We purchased a roller shutter for our carport from Jun. The price was excellent and the installation process painless. We had a small issue almost a year later and they turned up the next day (Saturday) to help. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Jun has a garage door factory in Sydney and they are able to customize my door very quickly with good quality and reasonable price. Highly recommended.

They are not cheap but definitely nasty. My doors are under a year old and under warranty. No back up service whatsoever, have been waiting more than three month for service, I rang so many times, I messaged heaps. These people once they take your money they will not service or repair the door under warranty. they ask for extra money to attend, although i accepted they still did not show up.On the receipt they gave me one year free service and three years on motor. I lodged the service call on 25 May 2021 its now 30 August 2021 and they have not bothered to do the service. Do not be fooled by them.Let alone the language barrier, they either don't understand English or they pretend. I have so much difficulty communicating with Jun (the owner)Do not be fooled by them, they are not worth it. they are not cheap but are definitely nasty.

Do not purchase a garage door from these people. Installed door till 9pm at night, I wanted to see door in daylight for quality and withheld part payment, said they would come the next day for payment and to give me the remotes haven't seen since. They took both remotes and am willing to pay outstanding amount for remote . Won't return calls and now wants 800 to give me the remotes for an installation I've had to remount correctly. Over 12 months ago. I just want my remotes now but wants 3/4 more than the original price. Cheap and nasty, quality is rubbish and follow up service is non existing. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS BLOKE.

These people are scammers!Their invoice clearly states one year warranty, but in fact there is none! I had to pay them again in order to fix my garage door, however, they never came back to fix it after received it money.I filed a complaint with the department of fair trading, but fair trading couldnot reach the owner of this business at all.If you consider using this business, please be extra careful!

Beware!!! Horrible scammer that took payment and left us with a broken door. Lied about the warranty and coming back to fix it and has not come back and has now blocked or calls. Will be taking this fiend with the consumer law.

Would give 0 star if there is an option.STAYAWAY with this company as if you don't, you will have endless headachs and stress. The business operator Bill simply do not have any integrity and making promises that he can never deliver. His attitude was rude, response was slow, promises are not delivered, product not working properly within 1 year after installation, even told me commercial prodcut requires service every 2 months... Never Never go back to him do do any business.
