Right from the initial enquiry through to Casey in the office and Jared doing the job I thought they were excellent to deal with. Jared came out to Balgal Beach, removed gas hobs from my food trailer and installed a fryer and griddle in its place. Very impressed with his professionalism and standard of work, and a nice guy to boot. Will be using these guys for all future work, highly recommended.

My wife recently contacted Plumber to your door about work on our caravan which she is renovating. Following a discussion about the work required on the van the plumber left and my wife went back to work.Later that day an electrician (who is part of the budiness) showed up unannounced and my daughter who was at home called my wife, who then had to return home from work to speak with him. The electrician then proceeded to tell my wife how bad an idea it was to renovate the van, provided no useful advice and no quote.We were later charged $220 for absolutely nothing. She also got no response when she questioned the bill.My wife paid the bill, but I feel robbed and am very unhappy about the whole incident. Would not ever recommend them to anyone.

Very unprofessional. Turned up 2hrs late. Two people took five hours to dig out and bury a 3 meter poly from the water meter to home with showels and garden tools and never used a trencher. Charged for 10hrs of plumbers rate and trencher hire.

I booked PTYD for today's 2 x leaking taps repair job. The plumber arrived punctually at 8.00am and left at 9.05am. He was very friendly and professional and did a great job. I was charged 1.5hrs labour plus tapwear. That's fine. However, I was most surprised to see a 3-day payment term on the invoice and if not paid within that time, compound interest at 12% will be charged. I rang to clarify if I read the due date correctly. It was. I was quite shocked. I had been in the construction industry for over 25yrs and had never seen these terms of payment in my life both in the industry and out. The standard is either 14 or 30 days, though some exceptions are for 7 days for payment.It may be an idea to inform potential customers of their terms of business either through their website, advertising and/or at point of inquiry of this fact, so that they can plan and budget accordingly, and make informed decisions.
