I highly recommend Eleena to anyone looking for a hairdresser, especially for colour! Eleena did 1/2 head of blonde foils, exactly the colour I wanted (a white, and clean blonde).Eleena is very down to earth and easy to talk to. Her salon has a very chic and relaxing vibe to it!I have definitely found a hairdresser that I trust and can rely on to give me the exact colour I want and I am happy to share her with you!

I’ll be a client for life. I honestly don’t know where to start..Firstly, I don’t think anyone has ever gotten my blonde as perfect as Elena. I was at first, a little confused by the pricing listed on the website and what services to book in for but after I did some reading and was guided how everything worked, the process could not have been smoother and more user friendly.Secondly, When I visit other salons, my total payment when I leave is CONSTANTLY changing and I feel like I am being taken advantage of. Sometimes I don’t even think I need a toner but I am always pressured into having one (because I guess they can up charge you for an extra service *eyeroll*).When I went to hailstorm hair, I booked in wanting a half head of foils, and I knew EXACTLY what I would be paying before I even arrived there. There was no professional jargon thrown around to confuse me, no awkward conversation at the end about the fact the hairdresser “had to mix up more colour because you have thick hair so there’s an extra $50 added to your bill” nor did I feel any pressure into a colour service or treatment I didn’t need.. elena explained everything to me clearly and helped educate me. She was so easy to talk to but knew exactly when to ease off and let me be in my own thoughts and tend to some work on my laptop.She made me an iced vanilla black tea!!! It was a 34 degree day and I came in sweating.. the fix? She made me an iced tea from scratch?!! It’s the little things... the details!And don’t get me started about the salon vibe.. GORGEOUS! It’s so serene but so effortlessly cool and sexy.I’m a 90’s hip hop fan from way back so appreciated the cool Biggie hip hop quotes in frames around the salon. She even plays some 90’s hip hop through the speakers, love that it’s not the usual generic top 40 you hear all over BrisbaneI could go on and on, but I’ll sum up by saying.. GO! Book immediately and don’t second guess yourself!
