not good expirience felt like it was all a rush and was painful didnt care about how I felt only rushes to make money not caring for customer just for moneythe pain is something and made my gums bleed from being so rough when cleaning seems like was ripping my whole mouth out not good experience. good thing I survived and the bleeding stopped after midnight bad experience I dont think he is good with women i noticed alot of men there so obviously he thinks women can put up with the pain like men, i dont recommend him to anyone.. I never had issues with other dentist cleaning my teeth just too rough .

I have been a client for two years now but my recent experience isn’t as pleasant as before. had an oral prophylaxis that took about 10 minutes and it was really very very painful although I was charge a few dollars for anaesthetics which wasn’t used at all. I did refer the said dentist to my sister who also went and had her oral prophylaxis, she told me she had the same fate - the cleaning took 20 minutes and seems like everyone was rushing, and it was also too painful..the pain is something I will never ever try again.. it was my first time to experience and it was really too much.. pain score of 10 out of 10 (10 highest level of pain, 0 no pain). good thing I survived.. I was thinking that maybe my teeth were just sensitive and so I kept quiet.. but when my sister had the same reaction, then this isn’t right. I never had issues with oral prophylaxis.. it was never painful for every tooth that is being cleaned.

I went there for a second opinion, i used to have bleeding gums and one doctor recommended root canal and other complicated surgeries of worth 15000 $. My own cousin abroad recommended treatment for gingivitis around 5000$. But 8 months ago Dr. Tan simply recommended scaling and flossing. I havent had any issues ever since.

Our family Dentist for years until a recent visit for my 5yo. The girl assistant’s attitude towards my son makes me decide not to go here for his following treatments.
