Ashton and the crew carried out an extensive assessment and subsequent restoration of my aging AWD's suspension, steering and brakes to 'as new' condition. Very professional, accomodating and knowledgeable. No complaints at all.

The customer service from Pedders in Bundaberg was excellent. We are travelling and called Ashton who was able to offer valuable advice over the phone and book us in quickly for airbags and new springs. This meant that we didn’t have to delay our travel.We were offered a courtesy car to use while our vehicle was being worked on so we could keep the kids occupied seeing the sights of Bundaberg!We highly recommend Pedders in Bundaberg!

Went to Pedders with towing issues with our caravan. The staff there were extremely helpful quickly identifying the issues and potential solutions. We followed there advice and were very pleasantly surprised to have to work done almost immediately. The improvement in towing is amazing and there assistance very much appreciated. I had a suspension upgrade on our Prado then took the caravan and car in and they set up my Hayman & Reece hitch to get the caravan level.Especially thanks to the Manager, forgot his name. We were in Bundaberg caravanning and visiting our son. We had a terrible suspension clunk on rough bitumin roads, which was getting worse. We went and saw the guys at Pedders, who booked us in the next day for a suspension checkup. The staff were very friendly and helpful and found the problem and fixed it straight away. We would highly recommend them to anyone and if we have any future problems, we would definately go back to Pedders at Bundaberg.

Travelling from Brisbane to Baffle Creek with caravan in tow, we had a really close call with a roll after swaying all over the road. We popped into Pedders Bundaberg on our way through to seek advice to avoid future calamity as this was not our first near miss. Ashton, the manager, inspected our vehicle and advised that we needed rear airbags added to our recently installed Pedders suspension (the suspension was installed at Pedders in Brisbane). He also offered to do a GVM upgrade! Pedders Brisbane told us they could not do a GVM upgrade when we asked, so we were over the moon when Ashton offered this service without us even asking! Our vehicle was booked in for the very next day and we were also provided with a courtesy vehicle to explore Bundaberg shops whilst we waited. Ashton and the team at Pedders Bundaberg are outstanding! Professional service and a pleasant atmosphere. Thanks Pedders Bundaberg for setting us up for safe further travels!
